3D MFG PRIVACY POLICY

You may return products to 3D MFG for a full product refund within 5 business days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Returns requested after the 5-day window may not be approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days if the return is approved. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by 3D MFG.

If you received an incorrect product due to a mistake by 3D MFG, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send the correct item at no additional cost to you. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process the exchange.

If the incorrect product was ordered due to customer error, we’re happy to exchange the product for the correct one, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. All shipping costs to and from 3D MFG are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our end.

3D MFG is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when sending items back to us.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival. We will only approve returns for items that are new, unused, in original packaging, and purchased directly from 3D MFG. A valid order number must be provided with the return.
